Salmon Tagliatelle with pink pepper and green pepper

Ingredients serves 4


250 g. of salmon flavoured tagliatelle
60 g butter
100 g cream
A spoonful of mixed green and pink pepper
A small bunch of chives
The rind of half a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Crush the two pepper pods, chop the lemon rind removing only the yellow part and trim the chives, mix them all together with a spoonful of Olives oil.
2) Take a pan and gently warm the butter until it browns, then add the cream, season and add chilli to taste.
3) Cook the pasta in a pan full of salted water, drain when cooked and then place in a pan together with the aromatic mixture adding a couple of ladlefuls of pasta cooking water if necessary and serve.
